    Yes, temporary janitorial and maintenance services are available upon request.

    Our services are available to the entire KC Metro area in both Kansas and Missouri.

    Yes, we can.
  • If one of our buildings is located outside the service area, can you still provide maintenance services?
    Yes, we'd be happy to discuss your maintenance services needs at your location and accommodate them.

    As soon as the facility maintenance contract is signed, we will be happy to schedule services at your building.
  • Does someone need to be in the building in order for you to perform your maintenance services?
    No.
  • Who provides the cleaning supplies?
    Burtin & Associates can provide cleaning supplies as requested. Normally, the client provides paper towels, tissue paper, hand soaps, all bin liners, and urinal screens. Our cleaning company provides the cleaning supplies.
  • Can you be hired to clean after special events?
    Yes, depending on the size of the event.
  • How often will I be billed for services?
    We invoice for our janitorial and facility maintenance services on a monthly basis.
  • Can I get a facility maintenance and janitorial services estimate for my building?
    Yes. We are happy to provide an estimate at any time.
  • Do I have to sign a long-term facility maintenance contract with your company?
    We normally do a one-year contract with three one-year extensions and a 60-day convenience clause.

    Yes. Aside from janitorial services, our company offers floor and carpet care services, lawn care and snow removal, supply management, and consulting.

    On top of janitorial services and facility maintenance services, we also offer COVID-19 cleaning and facility sanitizing to medical facilities and healthcare clinics of all types.

    Our cleaning staff members are highly trained maintenance and janitorial professionals. We train them through video training and on-the-job training.

    Each building or client that utilizes our maintenance and janitorial services is assigned a primary contact person at Burtin & Associates. Any building utilizing three or more janitorial staff members also has a team leader who is a contact for clients.

We accept checks, Visa, Mastercard and Direct Deposit. Terms of payment to be discussed.

Cancellation Policy

Burtin and Associates has yearly contracts with a 60 day written cancellations policy. Contracts are negotiable per the terms of the agreement at renewal time. Call us if anything changes or you need to expand services.
